As many of you know I spend a lot of time at my other gig, writing for Birds on the Blog. I thought I’d start to share those posts with you here as I believe them to be highly relevant to Red.Hot readers.
This month I started a multi-part piece on raising profits by reducing costs. In Part One I talk about fixed costs and expenses and in Part Two I discuss variable costs among others.
As I began to write about the various expenses and costs associated with doing business and how to reduce them I realized there was a lot to talk about and the post GREW!
