Clarity Within Reach
Included in the Red.Hot.Clarity session is an image session using the online Image Center created by the brainiacs at VisualsSpeak.
Through much research and testing VisualsSpeak has created the one-of-a-kind image tool that we’ll be using in your Session. Image tools have been used for years in facilitation sessions with corporations, non-profits and government agencies. By turning the physical tools into an online one, we now have an opportunity to use the same tools that Nike, Google, Intuit, Microsoft, World Bank and Kaiser Permenente have been using to take their businesses to the next level.
Before you start to wonder if using pictures and images to facilitate strategy building is too “woo wooey” consider this:
- Of the five senses a full ¼ of the brain is devoted to the visual sense.
- 50% of the brain’s thinking resources are devoted to the visual sense.
- Adding a visual to an oral presentation increases retention by 55%.
- 70% of the body’s sense receptors are in our eyes.
- The memory peak for visual impressions is 15 to 30 years.
Those are impressive pieces of information. More importantly all this research indicates that images rule our brain’s world; there’s nothing “woo wooey” about that.
The science and research behind why images are so powerful in helping us convey thoughts, information and meaning is well-known. Over the last decade neuroscience had grown by leaps and bounds allowing us to better understand how our brains and minds work.

We are bombarded daily with voices, audio, books, lectures, articles, friends, family, collegues… information. Most of it language-based. It is nearly impossible to sort through it all, to make sense of it all or determine what information is best geared toward our needs.
Think of Dan Pink, Simon Sinek, Nancy Duarte among others who understand the power of the mind in focusing and clarifying.

Here’s How It Works
After signing up you’ll receive information about the Image Center. You’ll register and log in before your Red.Hot.Clarity session begins. After we begin our work we’ll move into the Image Center. You’ll have a limited amount of time to sort through images and chose those that resonate with you. You’ll design the images that resonate with you into a personal collage. It’s that simple.
We then use those chosen images to discuss your current business challenges.
Where’s the Science?
You might be surprised to learn that how you place images and what you choose can tell me A LOT about your brain and how you best work. Using the science of what we know about the right-brain and left-brain I can use your collage to determine how you best understand and learn information. In using the images I can further learn when you like to use the left side or right side.
Why is that important?
Simply because if I know you like linear and literal information I can provide your action plan in a format that works for you. If you prefer creative solutions then I’ll work on providing your action steps in a way that will resonate with you in that way. It’s all about customization for you.
